Until this changeover can be fully completed, from 18.01.2022 we’ll be offering a transitional solution in the shape of an “optional inclusion of an invoice”.
During the order process, both customers and Partners will be offered the choice of “optional inclusion of an invoice”. If they choose this option, the person making the order will be sent a paper copy stamped with the remark that it is a duplicate. The original invoice will now only be sent by e-mail. In addition, you can also retrieve all original invoices as usual in your Online Office in “My Customer Account“.
